Corona-19 - Swinley Bike Hub

We are living through strange, unprecedented times that will have impact today and in the months ahead. In line with Government guidelines here at Swinley Bike Hub we will be putting in to play social distancing controls to safeguard our customers, and our team.
We will be operating pre-book hires for the next couple of weeks, to allow us to prepare the bikes for your arrival, and allow safe working distances when talking with you and getting you out to enjoy our very vast forest of 2,500 acres. We will see your booking, and on arrival just let us know you have arrived (we will be in our office in the yard) we will then get your bikes and wheel them out in to our hire check out area, whcih is the wooded chipped area. If you can wait in this wood chip area we will head to you and conduct the check out process. Please do not enter our confined working yard area.
Our bikes will be sanitized after each ride, and helmets sprayed and freshened.
All cash on site has ceased to be used and we will be operating contactless / card payments only.
The cafe and toilets onsite remain open, with the main Look Out Discovery Centre now closed to the general public.
We will continue to follow and implement Government guidelines to the best of our ability. As a small business these effects will create testing times and we appreciate all of your continued support here at the Forest.
