FAQ

How do I sign my son/daughter up?

We have Youth membership for riders aged 13-17 and child membership for riders aged 12 and under when there is a parent or guardian who is also a member. When a child is 12 or under and a parent or guardian is not a member they must join on a youth membership. Children 12 and under must still abide by our youth supervision policy.

Do Open Sessions include coaching?

No. In the past our Summit Open sessions were staffed by coaches. Although this was amazing, it was not sustainable and our coaches couldn’t offer enough value for each individual member at each session. Open Sessions are now staffed by first aid trained managers. You are free to explore the facility as you please and ride features and trails within your ability. You are fully responsible for choosing to ride any feature or trail.

Can I pay to ride The Summit once?

Yes, we offer single ticket ride sessions for £10 for adults £7 for children. Simply create an account sign the waivers and book on to an open session of your choice.

Can my child ride on their own?

It depends on their age. Children 12 and under MUST ride with an adult or the adult must accompany the child around the facility. Youths aged 13-15 can ride solo in the facility but a parent or guardian must stay in The Summit at all times. Those aged 17&18 may ride solo as long as they have full emergency contact details displayed in their account.
